• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve performance and productivity
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business goals
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience in managing large accounts and enterprise sales
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
