About the Role
As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, organic growth, and qualified charter enquiries.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You will create content, manage social media, improve our search visibility, coordinate marketing initiatives, and continuously identify opportunities to strengthen our position within the private aviation market.
We are looking for someone who can combine creativity with commercial thinking, doesn’t shy away from hands on execution and who understands that successful marketing is ultimately measured by business results.
This role is full time and fully remote, as a contractor based in India. Your working hours will be 08:30 - 17:30 CET, Geneva timezone.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and maintain a rolling content and marketing calendar.
- Create quarterly marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity within private aviation and luxury travel.
Content & Social Media
- Plan, create, and publish content across , Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Design social media posts, blogs, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
- Develop educational and engaging content around aviation topics.
- Ensure all content reflects the premium standards of the Odin Jets brand.
SEO & Website Growth
- Develop and execute an SEO strategy focused on Switzerland, Europe, and key target markets.
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to improve search rankings.
- Optimize landing pages, website content, and blog articles.
- Work with external developers or agencies when technical improvements are required.
- Monitor website performance, rankings, and organic traffic growth.
Lead Generation & Performance Analytics
- Identify partnership opportunities with luxury travel advisors, concierge companies, event organisers, and complementary luxury brands.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Provide regular insights and recommendations based on performance data.
- Focus on outcomes rather than vanity metrics
