At PadCare we aim to rebuild the way people without periods experience washrooms. We’ve built the world’s first sanitary napkin recycling ecosystem and made it accessible for over a million menstruators through hundreds of valuable B2B partnerships.

We just raised 5 Cr in our seed funding round led by Social Alpha, Rainmatter, Lavni ventures, 3i partners & Spectrum impact. We also appeared on Shark Tank and got a blank cheque from Piyush Bansal, and garnered immense support from all the sharks. With the right resources in place, we’re much closer to our dream of serving all 121 million menstruators in India. It’s now time for us to scale, to build the next few stepping stones for the future of sanitation in India.

Key Responsibilities:
As a marketing specialist with a focus on content and digital, your main responsibilities would include developing and executing content marketing strategies, creating and managing digital campaigns, and measuring and analyzing performance metrics to continually improve results.
Some specific tasks you might be responsible for could include:
• Content creation: Develop, write and deliver compelling content for the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos, and blogs. Create and manage the end-to-end editorial calendar across multiple content formats. Responsible for communicating brand story through content media as guided by digital marketing executive
• Social media management: Planning and executing social media campaigns across various platforms, monitoring engagement and responding to comments, and analyzing social media metrics to improve performance. Oversee the work of graphic designers and ensure delivery of creatives on time
• Email marketing: Creating and managing email campaigns, developing lead nurturing workflows, and analyzing email performance to improve open and click-through rates.
• SEO and SEM: Optimizing website content for search engines, managing pay-per-click campaigns, and analyzing search metrics to improve visibility and drive traffic. Collaborate with our SEO team to develop optimized content to increase traffic
• Analytics and reporting: Analyzing marketing data to measure performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of marketing principles and experience with content creation, digital marketing, and analytics. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also important, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Finally, a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies is crucial in this constantly evolving field.
Role Requirements:
• Expertise in written and oral communication with a flair for storytelling
• Ability to conduct in-depth research on niche-related topics
• Knowledge of SEO writing is a bonus
• Should be comfortable with Canva
• Tech-savvy with the ability to make complex technical matters easy to understand even for non-technical people
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables
• Proven experience working under pressure to deliver high-quality output in a short span of time
