Suncrest Farms is a third-generation, family-owned country ham and specialty food company located in Wilkesboro, North Carolina. We produce traditional Southern cured meats and food products, including ham, side meat, pork skins, cracklins, and other specialty items.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Design Coordinator to help support and grow our company's marketing efforts. In this energetic role, you will be the driving force behind developing compelling visual content and marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence. Your expertise will help craft engaging digital and print materials, ensuring our messaging resonates with audiences across multiple platforms. Responsibilities
Create graphics and marketing materials for social media, website, email, retail, and print use.
Help manage and create content for Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms.
Create engaging photos, motion graphics and video content of products, production areas, racks, packaging, and company activity.
Develop layouts for print advertising, brochures, presentations, signage, product information sheets, flyers, catalogs, sell sheets, and labels.
Manage website content updates and design enhancements.
Produce high-quality photography, photo manipulation, and digital illustrations to support marketing initiatives
Maintain consistency in color management, typography, and visual design principles across all creative assets
Support sign manufacturing processes by designing production-ready visuals for physical displays or signage
Support future projects such as YouTube content, company storytelling, recipes, and educational product videos.
Assist with light Shopify updates, such as product photos, descriptions, banners, and basic page content.
Help organize marketing files, product images, packaging artwork, and brand materials.
Work with management to plan promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
Coordinate with outside vendors, printers, designers, photographers, or marketing partners when needed.
Be willing to learn new tools and take on additional marketing responsibilities over time.
Help maintain a consistent look and voice for the Suncrest Farms brand.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in graphic design, digital art, or related creative fields with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in branding, layout design, and visual storytelling
Understands design principles and can create clean, professional-looking materials.
Strong knowledge of web development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress CMS management and content updates.
Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar design software.
Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, typesetting, and overall visual design best practices
Ability to produce high-quality photography and photo manipulation work with attention to detail
Experience with sign manufacturing design specifications is a plus
Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or other social media platform.
Shopify or basic e-commerce experience.
Product photography or video editing experience.
Email marketing experience.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
