Marketing Communications Manager
Job Description
Role Description We are seeking a sharp, strategic marketing professional to lead the Marketing & Communications expert for a premium mall launching in Jaipur. The role demands end-to-end ownership of above-the-line communication — from media planning and creative development to PR and on-ground campaign delivery. The ideal candidate is a big-picture thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and execute with precision.
Key Responsibilities :
• Own the annual ATL marketing calendar — publication houses, radio campaigns, print inserts, and integrated digital extensions — aligned to the mall's commercial milestones and footfall targets.
• Lead media planning and buying in partnership with agency partners: channel selection, reach & frequency optimisation, budget allocation, and post-buy analysis across Jaipur and regional markets.
• Drive end-to-end creative coordination — write sharp briefs, coordinate with the internal creative team, meet timelines, review and approve all ATL output across formats (briefs storyboards, copy, and artwork) to ensure brand consistency.
• Strong creative sensibility — able to critically evaluate creative work, give constructive feedback and push for output that is both on-brand and market-relevant.
• Manage press releases, communications, media interactions, and crisis communication protocols in close coordination with PR team
• Plan and execute integrated campaign launches by coordinating across ATL, PR, social, and on-ground teams to ensure cohesive messaging and timing.
• Track campaign performance using defined KPIs (Reach, share of voice, press clippings, footfall growth) and present data-backed reviews and optimisation plans to the management.
• Oversee the marketing communications budget with rigorous cost control, vendor negotiations, and timely billing reconciliation.
• Champion the mall's brand voice across all consumer-facing communications — ensuring tone, visual identity, and messaging standards.
• · Work collaboratively in planning, coordination and on ground execution of mall events , campaigns , activations and special projects by providing cross functional support.
