Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, etc.
Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance metrics.
Support the creation of visual assets using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance marketing materials.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics tools to identify opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with the team on SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies including Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and conversions.
Assist with email marketing campaigns by crafting compelling copy, segmenting audiences, and tracking engagement metrics.
Contribute to content creation efforts by writing clear, persuasive copy tailored for different audiences and channels.
Requirements
Three years of relevant experience or equivalent demonstrated skill. Current college students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they can show relevant coursework, projects, internships, or hands-on marketing experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Proficient across all required tools and platforms — candidates should be able to hit the ground running
Proven experience or familiarity with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including conversion optimization, performance marketing, and marketing automation.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Cap Cut is a plus.
Experience managing social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok.
Excellent content management and copywriting skills with an eye for engaging storytelling tailored for online audiences.

Bilingual in English and conversational Spanish is a plus
Candidates must already reside in the New York City area.
Strong professional references required — must be able to speak to past work quality and reliability
Must be able to commute to our Brooklyn corporate office a minimum of 3 days per week
Pay: $24.61 - $29.64 per hour
