We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development professional to join our growing team and contribute to the company's expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for project execution.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Manage existing client accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
• Knowledge of BTL marketing, corporate events, exhibitions, and branding solutions will be preferred.
Requirements
4–5 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and client servicing skills.
• Experience in B2B sales and corporate client handling.
• Good understanding of branding, marketing, events, and promotional activities.
• Experience in preparing business proposals and cost estimates.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
• Must be based in Delhi NCR.
• Open to travelling for client meetings and business development activities.
