Job Description
• Having good network in Africa.
• Identify and analyze key potential clients and their requirements.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and potential clients.
• Facilitate the creation and delivery of promotional and marketing activities.
• Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding international sales performance.
• Maintains accurate records of all international pricing, sales and activity reports.
• Creates and conducts proposal presentations to dealers, customers and internal staff.
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines and to enhance profitability of the company.
Preferred Qualifications And Education
• The candidate should be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who is able to excel in an international sales environment.
• Sales Experience of work with closure / FMCG Company in the international market will be preferred and an advantage.
• 3 - 7+ years of international sales experience, customer account management, preferably in the Personal care Home Care industry. Working Experience in Africa Region is necessary.
• MBA or Graduate in any discipline.
• Technologically advanced and oriented. Must have above average computer and technical skills to navigate the communication barriers of frequent international travel
• Strong communication and presentation skills and a thorough knowledge of various international cultures
