Job Description
• Executive Hiring is looking for a Female Talent as Category Marketing Manager for a Large Consumer and OTC Outfit, based at Mumbai.
• Female Talent, Graduate in Science with Post Grad in Mgmt with 10-12 years of work experience in Pharma Marketing, preferably in the Nutrition / OTC Brands is mandatory.
The role -
• Responsible for creating communication and content for the Nutrion and Female Hygiene portfolio across different media. Responsible for strategic input and direction for the brand, developing style guides, templates, and other materials, while keeping the core proposition of the brand in mind.
• Responsible for development of a comprehensive brand tool-kit - detailers, scientific literatures, patient collaterals, CME decks, training materials.
• Integrating digital as a key instrument for communication and developing the digital assets toolkits to plan for multi-channel reach.
• Collaborate with external agencies to develop brand assets aligned to the overall communication strategy.
• Lead insight mining with experts to better understand triggers and barriers in order to shape the strategic direction for the brand.
• Agencies and budget management.
