Job Description
To identify potential Financial Advisors & recruit them from your natural contact & references.
- To schedule training of the advisors for products training, IRDA process & regulations & sales & soft skills.
- To schedule the IRDA Exam for the prospect Advisor & generating their Code.
- Set targets for advisors, review them & consistently motivate them to generate maximum business.
- Designing contests & arranging campaigns for lead generation of prospective clients & advisors.
- Reporting to the Branch Manager
Candidates Requirement :
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales & marketing field-work
- Graduation required
- The candidate must be local to the same city
