Job Purpose

Understand the training need of role holder

Duties and Responsibilities

Training need analysis of role holder

Design & Deployment of different (Transition & Day 1) learning intervention

Delivering training as required

To impact analyses of learning intervention

Redirect training intervention as and when required

Insuring minimum coverage as define by management

Maintaining MIS and deriving required report
