Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Manager to lead and manage a team responsible for various monitoring activities with our partner banks at our Andheri, Mumbai office. In this role, you will oversee activities such as stock audits, inspections, ASM audits, and other operational or compliance checks. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of these processes, with practical experience being a plus, along with strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and lead a team handling banking monitoring activities, ensuring productivity and professional development.
• ⁠ ⁠Plan, allocate, and track assignments—covering stock audits, inspections, ASM audits, and related processes.
• ⁠ ⁠Liaise with bank representatives and internal stakeholders to ensure objectives and timelines are achieved.
• ⁠ ⁠Review, analyze, and present audit and inspection findings; identify improvement areas and drive corrective actions.
• ⁠ ⁠Stay up-to-date with banking regulations, best practices, and industry standards relevant to monitoring activities.
• ⁠ ⁠Implement process improvements to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.
• ⁠ ⁠Provide training and guidance on audit processes, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• ⁠ ⁠Prepare regular status updates and escalate issues to senior management as needed.
• ⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications Competencies
• ⁠⁠Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• ⁠ Strong understanding of banking operations, monitoring requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
• ⁠ ⁠Practical experience with stock audits, inspections, and ASM audits is a plus.
• ⁠ ⁠Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing a team.
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
• ⁠ ⁠Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• ⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities in a fast-paced environment.
