Role Overview
We're looking for a versatile and proactive Graphic Designer who can bring our brand to life across every visual touchpoint — from ad creatives to packaging and everything in between.
Key Responsibilities
• Design static and motion creatives for Meta, Amazon, and Google Ads optimized for performance marketing.
• Edit short-form video ads and product explainer clips for digital platforms.
• Design product packaging, labels, and inserts in line with our brand guidelines.
• Create graphics for website, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Support visual storytelling across social media, influencer kits, and investor decks.
• Ensure a cohesive, modern, and masculine design language across all channels.
Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a D2C or personal care brand.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) or equivalent.
• Experience creating ad creatives for Meta, Google, and Amazon with a focus on CTR and conversions.
• Strong video editing skills and understanding of digital storytelling.
• A sharp eye for detail, typography, and modern aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple design requests and meet quick deadlines.
Nice to Have
• Experience in product photoshoots, mockups, or basic 3D renders.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or motion tools like Lottie.
