Job Title: Logistics Backend Executive Department: Logistics & Supply Chain Location: Zirakpur Open Positions: 1 Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: 6 Days a Week Budget : 20-25K Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Logistics Backend Executive to support logistics operations, product planning, inventory management, dispatch coordination, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong Advanced Excel skills and experience in handling logistics data, MIS reporting, and backend operational processes. Key Responsibilities Manage logistics backend operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments. Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and operational data reports. Handle dispatch planning and monitor order processing activities. Maintain and analyze inventory-related data to ensure stock accuracy. Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, sales, and logistics teams for seamless operations. Track shipments, dispatch status, and operational performance metrics. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports for management review. Maintain logistics documentation, records, and operational databases. Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements. Support product planning and inventory forecasting activities. Required Skill Set Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Mandatory) : VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Pivot Tables MIS Reporting Data Analysis Advanced Formulas Excel Dashboards Experience in product planning and logistics backend operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Experience in handling logistics documentation and operational follow-ups. Ability to manage large volumes of operational data accurately. Candidate Requirements Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., or related field preferred). 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or backend coordination roles. Proficiency in Advance MS Excel and reporting tools is mandatory. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Profile Candidates from logistics, e-commerce, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain industries. Experience in inventory management, dispatch planning, and MIS reporting. Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
