Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain processes. This position involves working closely with various departments to manage the flow of goods, from shipping and receiving to inventory management.

Duties

Coordinate and manage shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Preparing parcels for shipping.
Arranging customer collections.
Collaborate with supply chain teams to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Analysing data related to product movement and stock levels.
Addressing customer enquiries throughout the process.
Liaising with the accounts team regarding client queries and payments.
Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications

Excellent multi-tasking skills in a fast paced environment.
Experience with transportation management systems is a plus.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration across teams.
Trustworthiness and reliability.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (training on Shiptheory will be provided).
