Be a part of our fast moving and dynamic Northern Business based at Morandoo/Tighes Hill in Newcastle NSW.
About the Role

Our Northern NSW business transports bulk and coal products from load points to port, 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. We operate across the NSW, from the Hunter and North West Regions and down to the Sydney area.

About you

To be successful in this role, you must be a qualified driver with a Cert IV in Train Driving and industry relevant experience. You will prioritise safety above all else and work well within the team in our Tighes Hill/Morandoo depot. Flexibility to work a 24/7 roster that includes both local and barracks work.

Additionally, it will be advantageous to have:

Route knowledge across both the Hunter Valley, North West, and Sydney networks
Competency with the operation of ECP, Wired Distributed Power (WDP), and AC traction locomotives
A good understanding of, and demonstrated adherence to, SPAD mitigation and in cab behaviours
Basic level of computer skills
