Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in creating memorable experiences for our patrons.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is clean and well-maintained.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries or requests promptly.
Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation.
Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times.
Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Demonstrate effective time management skills during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery.
Experience

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
Basic maths skills are necessary for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately.
Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous to maintain high hygiene standards.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
A passion for hospitality and a willingness to help others create enjoyable experiences.
