Prepare and execute breakfast, lunch or dinner service , providing a high standard of fresh food in a busy hotel restaurant
Undertake prep for varied items for the kitchen on a daily basis, including banquets
Fully accountable for the shift and assisting other areas as required
Ensuring setting up and cleaning of kitchen at all times, ensuring highest standards of sanitation and hygiene
Ensure all stocks are kept under optimum conditions and liasing with purchasing dept on a daily basis.
Ensuring guest satisfaction, quality and food costs are all in line
Able to handle pressure in a calm and professional manner
Carry out any other duties as required by management
