What You'll Do
Prepare and cook menu items to our quality standards.
Assist with daily prep, including vegetables, proteins, sauces, and other ingredients.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout your shift.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
Help with inventory organization and restocking as needed.
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented kitchen culture.
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
A strong understanding of food safety and proper food handling.
Ability to stay organized and perform well under pressure.
Dependable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
A team player who communicates well and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Passion for cooking and a desire to continually improve.
