Job Description
Responsibilities:
List and sell residential, lifestyle or commercial, and industrial properties
Meet with clients to assess their needs and find the right property for them
Negotiate deals and close sales
Market properties through a variety of channels, including online listings, print advertising, and open homes
Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors
Maintain accurate records of all transactions
Comply with all relevant laws and regulations
Qualifications:
Experienced in real estate sales with a valid licence, OR actively pursuing a Real Estate Salesperson Certificate
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Google Suite and computer literacy
Valid driver's licence
Demonstrates positivity, enthusiasm, and a strong readiness to integrate into a growing team
Eligible to work in New Zealand
Proficient in both written and spoken English
Exhibits excellent presentation skills
