The Opportunity
We have dozens of units ready to lease right now and more coming online every month. This is a pure performance role: you show units, screen interested renters, and get them signed. Every lease you close puts money in your pocket — the more you lease, the more you earn. There's no cap and no ceiling.
Example: on a $1,500/month unit, you earn $300 per signed lease. Close a handful a month and it adds up quickly.
What You'll Do
Respond to rental leads and book showings
Show available units to prospective tenants
Guide applicants through our simple online application (we handle the paperwork and approvals)
Keep deals moving until the lease is signed
What We're Looking For
Active RECA (Real Estate Council of Alberta) property management licence — this is a firm requirement; applications without a valid licence will not be considered
A self-starter who's hungry, reliable, and great with people
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
Strong communication and follow-up — you don't let leads go cold
Own vehicle and valid driver's licence (you'll be traveling to units)
Leasing, real estate, or sales experience is an asset
