Limestone Property Management is hiring a Leasing Agent to join our team. As one of Kingston's leading property management firms, we manage properties in Kingston, Napanee, Gananoque, Quinte area and Ottawa.
The Leasing Agent plays a key role in our company and must demonstrate strong customer service skills and align with our core values.
Key responsibilities include maintaining properties, marketing them, and screening tenants. The Leasing Agent will foster good relationships with property owners and tenants, contribute positively to the office environment, and represent the company well.
This position will focus on Kingston and surrounding area properties.
The ideal candidate will balance the needs of both property owners and tenants, meet occupancy and rental goals, and possess strong sales, multitasking, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and overtime may be required during peak rental season.
This position includes the use of a company vehicle, fuel, a cell phone, and branded apparel.
