Full job description
We are seeking experienced sales representatives to support our property in North York. This role reports to the Leasing Manager and collaborates with the Property Management team.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: the agent is required to generate leads as well as intake leads from the leasing team
Viewings: Conduct viewings for different unit types
Schedule: You set your own schedule
Bookings: Viewings scheduled by you based on your availability
Support: Team available for 24/7 guidance
Qualifications:

1+ year of leasing experience
Excellent communication and closing skills
Accountable to your own schedule, motivated and reliable
Valid Ontario driver’s license and vehicle
Availability on evenings and weekends and variable hours, this role is commission based only

Pay: $1,000.00-$2,000.00 per month
