While 2–5 years of residential leasing or property management experience is preferred, we believe attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are just as important. If you're driven, personable, organized, and eager to build a rewarding career in property management, we'd love to hear from you. We're willing to train the right individual who brings a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
As a Leasing Agent, you'll be the first impression of our communities—helping prospective residents find their next home while providing exceptional service from their first inquiry through move-in.
What You'll Do
Welcome prospective residents and conduct professional tours of available apartments.
Respond promptly to inquiries by phone, email, and online rental platforms.
Guide applicants through the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing.
Prepare and complete lease agreements and required documentation.
Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files.
Monitor market conditions, competitor pricing, and occupancy trends.
Build positive relationships with prospective and current residents.
Coordinate with maintenance and site teams to ensure apartments are move-in ready.
Meet leasing goals while maintaining high occupancy across the portfolio.
Assist with marketing initiatives, resident events, and retention programs.
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of residential leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience is preferred.
We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong desire to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
