Location - Mumbai
Role Brief:
-End to end management of learning initiatives for Tech & Digital business Org
-Should have experience in anchoring upskilling initiatives focused on Tech skills
-Design programs and learning initiatives/interventions to achieve business goals and solve business problems – Tech & behavioural
-Partner with the L&D ecosystem to design leadership development programs
-Act as a L&D partner to the business to constantly engage them through learning initiatives
-Should have good understanding of the tech skills
-Stakeholder management – collaborate with the HR business partners, business spocs and training leads to provide integrated and aligned learning solutions
-smooth functioning of the Vendor management Process
-Ensure to provide relevant & accurate reports as required by the Organization Learning Team
