Lead Registered Nurse RN Critical Procedures Gastroenterology FT - Plymouth

Job Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and direction for nursing staff in the Gastroenterology department.
• Oversee critical procedures and ensure adherence to best practices and protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Manage patient care operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical nursing role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
