Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Installer to lead a team in offroad modification, lift kit installation and accessories. We are looking for a high performer with strong knowledge and experience in this field. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing installation projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and leading a team of installers to achieve operational excellence.
Experience/Requirements
Must be able to assemble and install a variety of parts and aftermarket accessories, including: amp steps, bed covers, hitches, bumpers, lighting, etc
Must be knowledgeable/experienced with suspension work, alignments, tire mounting, bead locks
Knowledgeable with lift/leveling kits and experienced with installation
Custom fab experience a plus, but not required
Supervise, coordinate and assist technicians with jobs
Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues and perform repairs on vehicles, along with ability to explain the diagnosis and needed repairs to others
Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Conduct thorough inspections of installed products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Train and mentor junior installers on best practices in vehicle maintenance and repair.
Perform heavy lifting as required during installation processes.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.

Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm, No weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
