Job Description
Parkway Co-op Agro Centre is hiring a 14 month (Term) Agro Administration Clerk for our Agro Centre in Roblin Manitoba.
What you’ll do:
The Agro Admin Clerk’s responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Place orders on behalf of agronomists and handle the receipt of invoices for chemicals, fertilizers, seeds, agricultural products, and equipment. Processing of associated paperwork.
General administrative tasks such as answering phones, entering data into spreadsheets, and housekeeping duties.
Facilitating product transfers.
Processing crop supplies sales into manufacturers’ systems.
Assisting with billing support for the Agro team.
Tracking inventory.
Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Agro Administration and:
Able to work extended hours during peak season.
You have a grade 12 diploma.
You have a valid Class 5 driver’s license with reliable transportation.
The following would be considered an asset:
Understanding of Ag products and the Ag business.
Proficiency in working with Excel spreadsheets and Word documents.
You have strong communication and organizational skills.
