Job Description
Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist (Part-Time or Full-Time) – Work with an Australian Mortgage Broking Company!
???? Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune (Maharashtra)
⏳ Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week (Early morning shifts to align with Australian time)
???? Compensation: Excellent pay + growth opportunities + commission structure
Are you a creative, English-fluent communicator with a knack for social media marketing and lead generation? Do you have an imaginative mindset to create reels and social media content that attract mortgage clients in the Australian market?
We are looking for a Part-time or Full-time Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist to help our growing mortgage broking business connect with Australian customers looking to refinance their home loans.
What You'll Do:
✅ Create engaging social media content (reels, posts, ads) to attract and educate mortgage clients
✅ Generate and nurture leads through online channels and direct outreach
✅ Engage fluently in English with new and existing customers to discuss refinance opportunities
✅ Develop marketing strategies to enhance brand presence in the Australian mortgage space
✅ Work closely with the team to optimize conversion rates and customer engagement
