About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to join our Wholesale Banking Credit team in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess creditworthiness of multinational clients, considering various factors such as financial health, industry trends, and market conditions.
Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure effective risk management.
Prepare and present credit reports to stakeholders, including senior management and external regulators.
Monitor and analyze credit performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing strategies for enhanced risk management.
Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit analysis.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless credit processing, from application to approval.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-6 years of experience in credit analysis or a related field.
Strong understanding of credit risk management principles, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
