Job Description Summary
Deutsche Bank Group Data Management policy requires progressive implementation of governance over the bank’s data, prioritising Critical Data. Each Division is required to identify its Critical Data Elements (CDE) and implement formal governance over the data fields in the Bank applications. Field Governance is the go forward process to manage changes for the KYC Data Domain.
In this role, you will lead the expansion and management of the Field Governance process, accelerate adoption, and ensure appropriate monitoring and control. You will lead the team to manage the process from request, through to deployment of preventative and detective controls.

Your key responsibilities:
• End to end operational management of the KYC Data Field Governance process, from inception, through impact assessment, to deployment of preventative and detective controls via JIRA, and the hand off into operations
• Partner with stakeholders to drive a collaborative delivery culture and ensure successful process governance
• Ensure KYC Data Quality Rules and Preventative/Detective Controls are defined, approved, and deployed
• Management and governance of Data Quality Monitoring & MI definition, implementation, and execution
• Ensure revision and publication of logical data models into the DB CDE/logical data model repository
• Once controls are implemented, handover the remediation/fix on fail process for new or amended CDE to business-as-usual
• Manage central reporting to monitor the effectiveness of preventative controls and provide updates/reports to Data Councils as required
• Support the team to deliver on their analysis, development, and implementation activities
• Look for opportunities to optimise field governance and assess longer-term resourcing needed to support the process
Your skills and experience:
• Strong leadership skills, able to positively influence others to achieve results and communicate in an effective and timely manner.
• Strong organizational skills: ability to identify and prioritise multiple tasks based on criticality, impact, and importance.
• Responsible for change management planning and execution adhering to governance standards ensuring transparency around progress status
• Experience gained in managing in a data management or operations environment
• Previously owning Data and Process driven business change
• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail who is used to working to stringent deadlines; being proactive with line management when help and guidance is required to progress
• Strong track record of Project Management and Business Analysis within Financial Services
• Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written and presentation.
