Responsibilities
Organize and implement courses and teaching activities in accordance with educational concepts and curriculum provisions
Design, organize, and execute age-appropriate and developmentally appropriate activities to promote children's development and achieve educational goals
Ensuring the curriculum and teaching activities would be implemented in a safe and orderlywayso that children could constantly improve English skills and achieve development goals for certainages;
Regularly update the decoration of classes and the school to create an environment that supports children's development
This will help the classroom become a third language
Be responsible for communicating with parents, providing parents necessary and timelyperiodicfeedback on children's living and learning situations in the school, organizing parent-teacherconferences and conducting teaching-report meetings to present learning outcomes under assistanceof native teachers;
The employee is required to attend all work-related meetings and training activities punctually
Be responsible for timely implementing relevant teaching plans, observation records, theLettertoParents, Home-Kindergarten Manual and other documents;
Participate in and support the activities of promotion and enrollment of the kindergarten;
The employee is expected to comply with the regulations and working requirements of the school
Accepting guidance, supervision, and evaluation from the school manager and principal is mandatory
It is better to actively learn Chinese culture and integrate into Chinese society
