Seasonal Experienced Motor Coach Drivers (May – October)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated,PREVOST EXPERIENCED and skilled Motor Coach operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to various destinations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to maintain the motor coach in optimal condition.

Duties

Safely operate the PREVOST motor coach, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information about routes, schedules, and safety procedures.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns in a friendly manner.
Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition and report any mechanical issues.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the motor coach interior and exterior.
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their safety at all times.
Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts.
Experience

Previous experience in commercial driving a PREVOST MOTORCOACH is required; candidates must possess a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) min Class 2 with Air Brakes.
Strong mechanical knowledge is advantageous for performing basic maintenance tasks on the motor coach.
Excellent communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with passengers and team members.
Proven customer service experience is highly valued, demonstrating the ability to engage positively with diverse groups of people.
A commitment to maintaining high safety standards while operating a motor vehicle is crucial for this role.
Minimum 5 years of PREVOST motor coach driving experience (REQUIRED)
Technical proficiency with mobile apps (Samsara, payroll automation, digital logs, etc.)
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Clean driver’s abstract and strong knowledge of BC road regulations
Experience with tour operations and charter services is an asset
