Office Assistant for Landscapes and Paving Company



This is a full time position in Tauranga, must be a disciplined self starter who is customer Focused. Must be reliable and have a pleasant and positive manner.



This is a fast paced role with numerous aspects, no two days are the same.



Your hours will be Monday to Friday 6.30 am - 3.00 pm


We are looking for someone who is resilient in their approach, will work well both on there own and with the team, along with the following skills, attributes, and experience:

At least two years’ comparable experience in reception and office administration
A positive can-do attitude
Are highly organized, proactive and reliable
Xero, number, and pages (Apple)
Asana App
Data entry
Measuring Plans ready for submittal
Can manage and deliver multiple tasks in a timely fashion
Consistently demonstrates a high level of accuracy and an excellent eye for detail
Strong customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both in-person and over the phone
Landscape design background an advantage
