Job description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative assistant in Oakville. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, proficiency in Excel and Word, and a solid understanding of invoicing, taxes, and financial documentation. Experience with collections and strong communication skills, including the ability to liaise with bailiffs and manage inventory, are preferred.

Do you have in interest in collections? Auto industry and car dealership? Repossession and bailiffs? You are interested in vehicle repossession and would like to become a specialist vendor?

Responsibilities
-Be a highly engaged team member that provides best in class service to internal and external stakeholders. Partners include fellow employees, customers, and vendors.
- Prepare detailed support documents.
- Perform duties in relation to intake, repossession and legislative guidelines.
- Understand invoice accounts accurately.
- Provide information and guidance to customers in order to facilitate bringing accounts current
- Must be detail oriented and be able to understand and prepare complex documentation and update different host systems. Maintain detailed records.
- Update and prepare various reports, manipulate data, and provide meaningful insight.
- Strong administrative background (3 to 5 years)

Qualifications
- University or college degree preferred
- Two (2) to five (5) years of experience
- Strong communication in English is required to be successful in this position
- Ability to work well with others with past experience in the Repossession industry
- Tech savvy and having the ability to adjust to a variety of different software
- Proven experience providing effective follow up to colleagues
