Job description
Big Red Plumbing is looking for an Elite Service Plumber to help us fulfill our mission: to serve our customers best and long-lasting. You'll connect with customers, assess their plumbing issues, and guide them through reliable, long-lasting solutions — all while representing our commitment to excellence throughout the Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint area.

We pay our Technicians a performance-based pay that allows for up to $75.00/hour and we work Monday through Friday with no weekends or on-call required! You'll be joining a team of elite professionals who work hard, have fun, and always have each other's backs.

Preferred Experience
• 2+ years of residential plumber experience preferred.
• Ability to problem-solve and great attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with others and independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to use technology (iPad, Service Business Software, etc.)

Requirements
• Valid Driver's License
• Valid Idaho Apprentice or Journeyman License
• Must pass a background check
