Job Description
Job Title: Junior Accountant – Kolkata
Location: Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11am to 8pm
Salary- 15-20k
Bandhani is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Kolkata. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in accounting within a growing and dynamic organization in the textile industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to accounting standards
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry
- Support statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and related filings
- Liaise with internal departments and external auditors as required
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting
- Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance norms
Based in Kolkata or open to relocation
