Job Description:
• Experience working on contract, C2H and fulltime jobs.
• Should have used different job portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder for active sourcing and for passive sourcing
• Experience working with direct govt. clients, implementation partners, and MSPs.
• Must have worked on both W2 and C2C. Knowledge of 10++ is fine.
• Should have detailed knowledge of different visas.
• Experience of any ATS is required. Preferred is Job Diva.
• Must be a team player and should be able to work with and without supervision.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
• - 2 years of experience in end-to-end IT & non
• IT recruitment.
• Graduation in IT or strong technical background.
• Previous experience working with govt. clients is highly preferred.
