Job Role Responsibilities–
1) Candidate is expected to co-ordinate with customer at various retail outlets to understand / train their resources on ready product.
2) In case of any issues need to do on site hand holding in co-ordination with our back up team to resolve the issues.
3)Candidate is not expected to do any programming or resolving technical errors.
4)Taking feedback from customer locations and Reporting of such issues, technical error to our back-end team on timely basis.
5)Monitor the functioning of system at client location. Eg. Client is using the application and encouraging them to use it with regular orientation and better co-ordination.
6) Client has maximum retail outlets in Vadodara, candidate needs to travel in between these locations regularly.
7) Client has outlets in Surat, Bharuch, Ankleshwar, and Anand. If required to visit those places at times, candidate should perform the same activities at those locations.
8) Candidate will act as bridge between Client and Team net back end team for better co-ordination and successful implementation.
+) Candidate needs to follow working hours of customer and holiday calendar.
10) Candidate will be provided complete training on the product by Team net.
11) Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers
12) Troubleshooting for VPN issue.
Required skills:-
1) Good Knowledge about the software related
2) Proficient / Ability with good understanding of front end mobile application, and Web portal.
3) Knowledge about the computer languages.
Qualification: BCA, MBA in IT, Bsc (ca it), MCA
Experience:- 3 to 5 years
