Responsibilities • Making Pitch Decks, Investor Presentations and Financial models • Team member for execution and client handling • Part of Due Diligence for ECM transactions. Requirements • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Investment Banking or similar roles. • Educational Requirement - Should be a CA/CFA/MBA • Proactive individual who should take initiative with an analytical bent of mind. • Carrying out effective market research to identify potential targets for the capital market, corporate finance and fundraising services. • Experience in Merchant Banking with familiarity with ECM and Regulatory norms of SEBI, Stock • Exchanges, Companies Act, etc. will be an added advantage. • Strong command over MS Excel and PowerPoint to decipher or build financial models. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with Computer Proficiency
