Responsibilities:
• Provide end-to-end service support to our customers.
• Attend to customer queries, issues and grievances over phone, email live chat.
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Gather and pass on the feedback from customers to product development teams.
• Proactively engage with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
• Meet the high standards of professional conduct, turnaround time and accuracy set by the team
Requirements:
• 5.5 days working.
