About the Role:

As an EMEA Marketing Technology Specialist, you'll be a key player in Fragomen’s Marketing and Business Development Team, focusing on operational client and business development initiatives, data quality, and digital/website support.

This role involves managing day-to-day requests for our CRM system, ensuring email marketing data quality, and building effective email marketing campaigns for the EMEA region. You'll also develop digital marketing assets, manage website content, and handle general digital marketing activities. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be crucial in driving our digital narrative, enhancing our brand, and fostering business growth through targeted marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advanced Data Analysis: Extract, analyse, and interpret complex datasets from CRM and email marketing systems to derive actionable insights for events, lead generation, client engagement, and emerging trends. Utilise advanced analytics techniques to guide strategic decision-making for business development efforts..
• Strategic Digital Planning: Partner to design and execute comprehensive website and email automation strategies for the EMEA region. Ensure these strategies align with the firm’s broader business objectives and vision, driving regional marketing effectiveness.
• Comprehensive Data Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of marketing data, including integrations and data quality control projects. Implement advanced data cleanup, standardisation, and verification processes to ensure data integrity and usability.
• High Impact Management: Build, manage and maintain compelling website copy and visual content that adheres to the firm’s brand guidelines. Ensure all content is optimised for engagement and consistency, contributing to a cohesive digital presence.
• Email Automation: Manage and optimise the firm’s email automation platform (Marketo). Lead the creation and execution of targeted email campaigns and oversee the effective segmentation and management of mailing lists to maximise campaign performance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all marketing technology and website activities adhere to the firm’s established guidelines and policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
• KPI and Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for CRM, website, and email campaigns. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide strategic recommendations for optimisation based on performance data.
• Innovative Best Practices: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in CRM, website management, and email marketing technologies. Proactively recommend and implement cutting-edge best practices to maintain and enhance the firm’s competitive edge in the digital space.

About You:

We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic individual to help execute our marketing technology strategy in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing technology touchpoints, drive effective digital campaigns, and enhance user experience.

Requirements:
• Education: Background in Business, Marketing, Technology, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Relevant experience in digital/web marketing and marketing technology, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Skills: Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, campaigns, and strategies. Excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, website CMS platforms, SEO tracking, copywriting, and marketing email automation. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Tag Manager, Ceros, Cvent, ON24, and DataStudio is preferred.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Fragomen in Sheffield:

Our Sheffield office is based in the city centre with the added bonus of free on-site parking, as well as several public transport links close by. The office has approximately 400 people working collaboratively and creating a dynamic, positive environment with over 20 different languages being spoken. You can expect a great working environment and regular events such as Summer and Christmas parties, social and cultural events.
