You will be involved in the **entire design and production process**—from ideation and sketching to fittings and final handover. Whether you’re a **fashion student or have up to 2 years of experience**, you’ll work closely with our senior team and tailoring unit to bring designs to life.

### Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating seasonal collections and custom design pieces
• Sketch designs, develop mood boards, and prepare fabric/trim references
• Research fashion and textile trends (especially Indian and handloom-based)
• Support fittings, fabric selections, and sample development
• Coordinate with tailors, artisans, and vendors for execution
• Interact with clients for custom orders, styling, and measurement clarifications
• Maintain records of orders, measurements, and alterations

### What We’re Looking For:
• Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design (completed or ongoing)
• Creative thinking with an eye for detail, drape, and ethnic aesthetics
• Knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, garment construction
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced boutique environment
• Team player with strong communication and basic documentation skills

• Sketching or digital illustration skills
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW
• Interest in fashion content creation (Reels, styling videos, etc.)
• Portfolio or past work (college projects or client work) preferred
