Qualifications And Skills
• Critical thinking: Ability to assess and respond rapidly to critical patient needs and changes in condition.
• Attention to detail: Meticulous monitoring of patients' symptoms, vital signs, and implementing precise treatment plans.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for clear interactions with the healthcare team and patients' families.
• Empathy: Providing compassionate care and support to patients and their families during difficult times.
• Problem-solving: Strong skills in diagnosing patient problems and finding effective, timely solutions.
• Medical knowledge: Thorough understanding of intensive care protocols, medical procedures, and equipment.
• Stress management: Ability to remain calm and perform efficiently under high-pressure situations.
• Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Roles And Responsibilities
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and clinical status of patients in the intensive care unit.
• Administer medications, therapies, and treatments as per the prescribed plans.
• Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to create and follow patient care plans.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes.
• Assist in medical procedures and use advanced medical equipment essential for patient care within the ICU.
