Join the WonderFil Specialty Threads Team
We're looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to support and grow relationships with our retail partners across designated territories.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively contact retail customers within assigned territories by phone and email.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for growth.
Keep customers informed of new products, promotions, educational programs, and company initiatives.
Recommend products based on customers' business needs and market trends.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and marketing teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM system.
Follow up on quotations, backorders, and outstanding opportunities.
Qualifications
2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Comfortable making outbound calls and building customer relationships.
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Experience in the quilting, sewing, crafting, or textile industry is an asset but not required.
