Job Description
We’re looking for a driven Assistant Manager – Business Development to join our growing team in Mumbai. This role is all about customer engagement, field sales, and driving acquisitions in the real estate sector.
📍 Location: Mumbai - Andheri West
💼 Experience: 1–5 years in Real Estate or Sales/BD roles
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Cold/warm calling and meeting home sellers
• Building trust and positioning the brand with sellers
• Organizing site visits (direct & via channel partners)
• Managing acquisition pipelines and closing deals
• Achieving monthly targets on conversions and acquisitions
✅ Requirements:
• Strong communication skills (English, Hindi; Marathi is a plus)
• Analytical mindset with sales/BD execution experience
• Comfortable working in a 6-day week including weekends (peak activity happens Sat/Sun)
• Willingness to travel regularly across Mumbai
• Must own a two-wheeler or car
• Go-getter attitude with target-driven focus
