Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Marketing Executive role based in Bengaluru South. The Industrial Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting industrial products and services to targeted markets. Daily activities include visiting client sites, presenting product solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with internal teams for pricing, logistics, and after-sales support. The role involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve positioning. The Industrial Marketing Executive will also assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, attending industry events, and maintaining accurate sales and CRM records.
Qualifications
• Experience in industrial or B2B marketing, sales, or business development, preferably within manufacturing, engineering, or related sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present technical information in a clear, practical manner.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, including regular on-site visits and follow-ups in Bengaluru South and surrounding areas.
• Comfort with basic analytics and reporting tools to track leads, conversions, and market trends, and to prepare regular performance reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant diplomas or certifications in industrial marketing are an advantage.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, product demonstrations, and industry events as required.
• Knowledge of local industrial markets and proficiency in English; familiarity with regional languages is beneficial.
