In-Store Marketing Representative (Home Depot Locations)
Job Description
This is a customer engagement and lead generation role. You will speak with shoppers, introduce them to a complimentary home water quality consultation, and help book qualified appointments for our consultation team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and engage Home Depot shoppers in a friendly, professional way.
Introduce customers to a complimentary home water quality consultation.
Collect basic customer information and help book qualified appointments.
Use a provided tablet or phone during your shift.
Represent Swift Home Improvement professionally inside partnered retail locations.
Work toward clear shift-based performance goals.
Create a positive first impression for homeowners and retail customers.
Requirements
No previous experience is required. Training is provided.
Outgoing and personable.
Comfortable starting conversations with new people.
Reliable and punctual.
Professional in appearance and attitude.
Motivated by goals and performance bonuses.
Comfortable standing and moving throughout the store during shifts.
Coachable and willing to improve.
Able to represent the company professionally inside a partnered retail environment.
Work Hours and Schedule
This position offers flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.
Available hours range from 18 to 40 hours per week.
Day shifts
