Role / Position :Imports Purchase Executive Education :Any degree we can consider. Experience :1 - 3 yrs in handling Purchase Imports Salary :As per the Industrial Standard and Good in Job Market. Notice Period :Immediate Joiners Job Location :MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai Key Skillsets :Tally ERP +, MS -Excel, MS - Word Job Responsibilities Negotiating with theforeign suppliers and ensuring that we are getting good rates. Responsible for ensuring timely deliveries and planning stocks. To discuss with the Sales Team Director, plan stocks according to forecasts / requirements. Ensuring that demurrage detention should be targeted as nil. Negotiation Finalization with clearance agent, Logistic Forwarder etc. Inventory Control of Imported items as per defined inventory levels. Timely bill submission clearance of CHA, Logistic Agent, Forwarder etc. Keep updated for global changes. Mandatory Skills: Must have at least 1+ years of experience in handling purchase and imports. Accounting knowledge will be surplus. Have good experience in excel and word documentation. Well versed with the English Hindi language. Should be able to read, write and communicate well in English.
