Position: RN - Behavioral Health

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Pay Rate: $56/hr

Schedule: Days Shift – hours +a-5p • 13-week contract to Perm possibilities

Duties:
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental, emotional, and physical status
Monitor vital signs, assess for co-occurring physical health conditions, and evaluate the impact of mental illness on physical well-being.
Continuously observe patient behavior, mood, and interactions
Monitor for side effects and efficacy of psychotropic and other medications, reporting any concerns to the prescriber.
Requirements:
NY State RN License
Must have Psych experience
Must have Crisis Management
Investigation and Preventions
EPIC
Should be comfortable being a Liaison with people.
Charting experience
